Positive: Exceptional genuine friendliness everywhere, quick service, very clean huge grounds, warm and hot pools, very comfortable king size beds. We slept really well. Kids team is really hands on and create magic out of little things that the small kids love. Negative: The Spa may need some attention on the infrastructure and freelancer choice side. As someone that owns an operates a spa since 20 years, we'd happily provide a few pointers. But this is a rather small point, we were generally very happy and would come back to the hotel itself anytime.
