Quiet, wooded and well located house, 5 minutes from the bus station, 3 from Shopping Park Lagos and Palmeiras lagoon; and 10 minutes from downtown and fort beach. It also has a market 3 blocks and bus stop one block.
The house is at the back of the grounds which also has a large main house. The entrance and yard are shared, however as the yard is large guests can have more privacy. It has three rooms (bedroom, living room and kitchen with pantry), bathroom, balcony and laundry area.
The property is also fully equipped with household items and furniture but only has a double bed, but we offer 2 extra single mattresses if necessary.
