The apartment has one bedroom (suite) furnished with a queen bed, integrated with the living room, which also features a sofa bed. You can enjoy a pleasant balcony with a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner cooktop stove, oven, and microwave, providing convenience for preparing small meals.
The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea. It offers 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the help of the reception team, swimming pool, and gym. Additionally, there is a restaurant service that delivers meals directly to the apartment.
We provide linens for the double bed and towels for up to 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, we do not provide linen or towel changes. For stays longer than 7 nights, it is possible to request a change with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting the host.
For groups of 3 or 4 guests, we kindly ask you to bring a double-sized sheet (preferably without elastic) for the sofa bed, a single sheet for the mattress, and additional bath and face towels. Don't forget to bring your beach towels and sarong to enjoy the sun.
Please note that the apartment does not have safety screens, so when making a reservation, parents or guardians should be aware of the need for constant supervision of children during the stay.

We know your pet is part of your family! That's why we accept one small pet per rental, as long as your pet is trained to relieve itself in an appropriate place.
