Positive: Great infrastructure, service, amenities...good food, beautiful beach.

Negative: Their laundry service was really bad in my experience. I sent a simple laundry bag with a few regular clothes, and they came back sticky and full of fabric softener...what was white turned blue. 1 week later I'm still rinsing trying to remove the extra soap.
