Positive: The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Negative: Although the place is linked to Rio Quente Resorts, it seems like not much effort was put in order to renovate the "chales" and make it more comfortable for the guests. The room flooring and the bathroom tiles are old and rough, there was not a single chair in our room, no place to dry our towels and swimsuits. Our check in was done by one staff member who barely looked at us, was chatting to someone of her phone and kept asking how much we paid so she could go ahead with the check in, still not looking at us. In addition, the system was down and we had to go to a different place to get our passes to our bedroom and park. Once we got back, the passes were not working and had to be changed. Lucky this staff member was nicer than the first one. On our last day, there was no water in our apartment, so we couldn't brush our teeth or shower before leaving. No compensation was offered. Very frustrating
