Luxury family home suited for a max of 8 adults and 4 children. Lots of outdoor space within a walled area. Private pool, sea views and proximity to beaches. Next to the pool is a quiosque with a bar and breakfast / dining area, and a grill. A couple of housekeeper (working for us since 15yrs) live in separate area in the back of house are available to clean rooms, prepare breakfast, and for basic assistance. For an extra fee the housekeepers prepare lunches, buy your groceries, wash and iron etc.
Large pool and outside area with spectacular views. 200m from the Joao Fernandes beach. The house is nicely furnished and decorated, and well equipped, as it is our home when we are in Brazil. Build area about 400m2. 4 ensuite bedrooms, large terraces and a lot of outside space.
They is a playroom for kids with a football table, a tennis table and a snooker table. The house is less suited for very small kids because of the terraces and the deep pool.
