Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Receptionists are very well educated and when I requested to change rooms (didn't want bathtub), they eagerly attended my request. I tried booking on Premium room so I could have access to Executive Lounge, but there were no rooms of that category available when I booked. Receptionist went ahead and allowed me to use Executive Lounge (since I am also a Hilton Honors member).

Negative: The bed should be changed. It was sunk in the middle.

Summary: My stay was wonderful. I will continue staying at this hotel in every monthly trip to Porto Alegre.
