It is 3 km from the center of Alter and 1.5 km from the beaches of Alter and 800 m from Igarapés do Caranazal. Great space for family activities, there is a restaurant and traditional culture close by. You will be delighted with the space because of the wild animals that visit the house daily, the environment, the neighborhood and the outdoor area. Great space for couples, individual adventures, children and pets. It has an equipped kitchen, great for socializing and a fabulous bathroom in the middle of the trees.
