Cozy property 200m from Praia do Forte, with garage and 24-hour doorman. Located on a tree-lined avenue and close to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies.

The apartment is bright and well ventilated, with a useful area of 48m2, living room/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry area, guest bathroom and balcony. It is furnished with a bed and wardrobes in the bedroom, a bunk bed and rack in the living room, a table and 4 chairs in the living room/dining room, and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as another table fan, new appliances, which make everyday life easier. There are NO bars or protective screens on the windows.

In addition to a stove and refrigerator, a microwave oven, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, electric coffee maker and fruit juicer are available. There are 2 32" TV sets, one with Sky, in the living room, with USB input, and another in the bedroom, with open digital TV channels.

In the kitchen there are also stainless steel pans and pans with Teflon coating, oven trays, plates, cutlery, glasses and several other new utensils.

We provide several pillows with washable covers. We DO NOT provide bed and bath linen. There is a laminated tablecloth for the dining table.
