Positive: Common areas / pool and leisure infrastructure is very good. Buffets were a bit hit and miss in terms of the menu and food freshness, but very practical to have the possibility of having meals onsite. Price is fair given comparables.

Negative: Our family stayed in 2 different buildings, and the newer building is materially superior in terms of room comfort, space, lighting and finishing.

Summary: Great value, close to the falls.
