This quiet place is plenty of birds flying around. It is very peaceful in a quiet condominium with other homes. It is very safe and there is a gate that is locked 24 hours. You have a parking spot inside the condominium. It is basically in the boundaries of the Atlantic Forest. You can dine (simple food - rice beans, fish) in the cabanas at Setiba Beach or you can find small restaurants close to Setiba Beach. Besides that, you can drive or take the bus to Guarapari (20 minutes away) or Santa Monica Beach (10 minutes) and choose among several restaurants to eat. Or you can call a delivery for pizza or other foods available in Santa Monica Beach. Please, be patient with the Brazilian laid-back lifestyle, especially the laid-back Capixaba (a person born in Espirito Santo State in Brazil).
