Positive: Good location in BH in a good neighbourhood. Really good breakfast with a really great team taking care of things. Secure parking included - no issues finding a space. Nice city view from our 17th floor apt. Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets all within short walking distance. Good gym. WiFi was good. Washing machine, fridge and microwave. Two bathrooms. Lounge area.

Negative: Swimming pool and sauna areas are very nice - it’s just a pity they’re not better maintained and a bit cleaner. Wiring on the bedside lamp was exposed and potentially dangerous. Kitchen could be much better equipped (only items provided were 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 tumbler glasses and a bin - literally nothing else). Breakfast area looks out on a garden where residents bring their dogs for their morning poo, which isn’t what you want to see when having your coffee and toast. Cleaning could be improved - toilet wasn’t as clean as it should be and we found lots of long hair around the place which definitely didn’t belong to us. Also, areas around the light switches were a bit grimy. No recycling facility for plastic bottles.
