Positive: I had a great stay in Villa Savoia in Corumbau, just a few meters from the fantastic beach of Corumbau. The house is brand new, modern and nicely decorated with practical spacious areas. The kitchen is well equipped and the terraces are great with a sea view and a continuous sea breeze. I stayed in a comfortable and independent ensuite with a double bed, mosquito net, and new AC, and the suite was also spacious with plenty of space to leave your belongings. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we would be sharing the common areas with Fernanda, the owner, and her housekeeper, both of them were very friendly and helpful and we had a good time together. The villa is located nearby the centre of Corumbau village (walking distance) and 6 km from Ponta do Corumbau, which I found very positive and much more interesting. I would highly recommend Villa Savoia, and I still keep with me the sweet moments I spent in the hammocks reading my book with the sea breeze blowing and the sea in the background. I had a lovely time in Villa Savoia and I loved meeting Fernanda (the owner), a welcoming host and open-minded traveller. It was like staying at my friend's house.

Negative: The unexpected turned into a positive experience for me and my husband. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a comfortable place to stay in Corumbau.
