Negative: Nothing is convenient, we had 1 bungalow with no windows which let all the wind enter, our beds were always full of dust and wood from the wind. The shower of that bungalow was not convenient and after every shower the whole bathroom was completely wet. Full light entering the room couldn’t sleep later than 6.30am. + lots of mosquitos given the room couldn’t be fully closed. The breakfast was very basic and not many choice. By the pool there were no furniture to enjoy the sun. Impossible to reach reception after 10pm. Communication was very complicated with the staff and many misunderstandings occurred. We rented quads + a guide and were announced a price, then price was increased without being told, this happened on two occasions. It’s sad because we could notice staff wanted to help and was very friendly + mindful but the lodge is lacking in communication between the team and organisation.
