Positive: The villa itself is amazing! I loved the cleanliness of it all, they really took that into consideration. The host was there at any time we needed them and went out their way to make sure we are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everything too which helped a lot e.g. bathrooms, fridges, cooking utensils, washing machines, bins and more

Negative: Although it is located in one of the most prestigious areas in the state of Sao Paulo, it is very quiet (this is mentioned in the description however). There's only 1 restaurant which has limited opening times and shop too. I would highly recommend you have a car with you so it's easy to get around as taxis can take some time.

Summary: We loved the villa, it is beautiful and clean. The whole area is very well maintained!
