Positive: the location, it had all the necessary features

Negative: we didn’t receive instructions how to check in and access prior to the arrival. the host wouldn’t respond and never showed up. a person taking care of other appartements in the building helped us getting the access to the building. the host never replied to the question about the laundry and it’s not included so we could never use it.
