Positive: Very clean spot, more than that, the customer service is the best you can Imagine. I love the decoration and the location is so well thought that they even had outlet adapters for foreign travelers! I already have my new favorite spot whenever I come back to São Paulo! Good restaurants around, stores and walking a block away you will find a padaria with very good breakfast. The pool is located at the rooftop and the view is breathtaking. Definitely will be back!
