Positive: We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the location near the central market. The price is good.

Negative: The place lacks maintenance with a lot of things rusty and in poor condition. The immediate area is quite sketchy too, but within walking distance of a few attractions. The bed sheets smelled like they had not been properly dried after washing. This place has a lot of potential if they invested more in improving the apartment with some basic maintenance.

Summary: Good price but lacks basic maintenance and upkeep
