Positive: The building is secured by facial recognition, and you have to pass through several gates to enter the complex fully. It's good for short stays. We stayed here for one night before departing from Rio. It's in the centre. The terrace on top was nice. Clear instructions received via Booking.com messaging.

Negative: It's not that perfectly clean, but good enough for very short stays... Since it's a skyscraper in the city center, don't expect any special views from the apartment. Ours had a view of a parking area, which was closed off by other buildings. The terrace is blocked off from views as well. While the area up there is nice, you won't be taking pictures of the scenery from the top.
