Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The main reception staff were really helpful and nice trying to sort us out to go to Barreirinhas. Especially Isac was so kind and nice to us.

Negative: The room was quite dirty and the blanket dusty ,the fridge had someone else’s old food in it and we only had one towel for 2 people. Also the staff cleaners were so loud at 7 in the morning , they woke us up and we were really tired as we had checked in at 2 am so we wanted to rest. They were basically screaming and I had to go down and tell them to be quiet as it’s an hotel and people pay for the room to sleep .
