The townhouse is located in a gated community of 8 townhouses, with a large boulevard area and unobstructed views. The property has 3 floors:

1st floor - entrance with exclusive garden, large social area combined with living room with fireplace, 65" smart TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, indoor garden, guest bathroom and equipped laundry room.

2nd floor - bedroom 1 is a suite that can be prepared with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, TV, work space, balcony with hammock, bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 2 is smaller with 1 single bed for an additional guest and shared social bathroom.

3rd floor - exclusive for bedroom 3, a large master suite, with 1 king-size bed, balcony, closet and large bathroom with 2 sinks, hot tub and 2 showers.

The water heating of the entire house is done by gas heating and there is air conditioning in all rooms.

It has 2 free garages, in the basement, with direct and exclusive access to the house.

This home was made with great care.

Every detail of this home is unique, placed one by one over 10 years to become a cozy place to live and I share this home of mine with those who need to be away from theirs. Full of messages of personal values and well-being so that they feel at home even if it is for a few days or months.
Some observations:
1. Be kind and do not leave the air conditioning and other electrical equipment on unnecessarily.
2. Bedroom 1 can be prepared with 2 single beds or a king-size bed. Please send a message after booking.
3. Bedroom 2 is available for 1 additional guest, with an additional cost of R$50/day.
4. The space is not suitable for children and the elderly, as it has unprotected stairs.
5. For your safety and that of everyone in the condominium, always wait for the garage door to close when leaving and entering and do not open the pedestrian gate unless you are sure that the person is trustworthy.
6. There will be extra costs in the event of damage to household belongings. 7. Some closets and 1 of the rooms will be unavailable for use and will be marked "CLOSED". Please do not attempt to open them to avoid damaging them. If you need more space, please contact us.
8. For longer stays, cleaning will be provided every 2 weeks, included in the daily rate, and will be responsible for maintaining the most critical areas of the property (bathrooms, decks, watering the plants, and some others). The cleaning lady will not be available for other services.
9. For longer stays, bathroom amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper, as well as cleaning products, will be provided for the period of 10 days.
