Positive: Lovely hotel with great staff and nice decor. Great location.

Negative: Noisy outside, single glazed windows with gaps so noisy inside. Various things were broken eg toilet seat in poolside toilets. Pool bar staff were less engaged than hotel staff. Pool bar food and drink offering was fairly low quality and did not match standard of rest of hotel.

Summary: Lovely hotel. Pool bar needs improvement.
