Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful location and good food. Restaurant staff were great.

Negative: At most times there there many staff in reception area on their phones. Not helpful or welcoming. When you ask them a question they seem annoyed that they have to stop looking at TikTok to respond. Meanwhile the pool is full of dead leaves and all the out door chairs and beds are covered in debris from trees. If the staff were better trained and weren’t always on their phones and instead used their time to clean the spaces and help visitors, it would be a perfect place.
