Positive: The staff was very nice, friendly and super helpful. Loved that everything was made in wood, it made everything smell great. The place itself is incredibly charming and cosy. Loved that we had a nice view, it was so nice to sit outside during breakfast. The hotel is very safe. The afternoon snack is a great idea and was always very tasty.

Negative: Breakfast was pretty good, but not amazing. Not a lot of variety and certain things could have been tastier (like the tapioca was not very well made). We had to stay in the dark all day because our room had no privacy if we opened the blinds. They should consider adding another set of curtains, one for daytime and one for nightime. There was no trashcan in the room. They only changed the towels every 3 days and it would've been better if it were daily.
