Positive: The place has potential but is unloved. Rubble in the garden and not much care about the surroundings.

Negative: The breakfast is a la carte with limited options. Place is unloved and the staff appear unmanaged and directionless. Uncleared rubble in the garden doesn’t inspire. Bulbs not renewed in the bathroom. Place is close to party venues so expect external noise in the night.

Summary: Uninspiring but place has potential if actually managed.
