Positive: o local e a gentileza do pessoal do restaurante.

Negative: Hotel bem básico e dando impressao de ser focado em grandes grupos . O check-in foi lento e burocrático: estávamos exaustos e a recepção insistiu em um discurso decorado de regras que poderiam estar em um papel. O quarto é limpo, mas não oferece sequer uma garrafa térmica para café. No restaurante, a comida é ok, mas o menu tem poucas opções. Falta flexibilidade e um atendimento mais personalizado para os hóspedes. Talvez valha pelo custo-benefício, mas com certeza não deve ser o melhor hotel de Capitólio.
