Summary: Plaza são Rafael used to be a high standard hotel in Porto Alegre. It is sad and disappointing to see that the rooms are very outdated. AC doesn't work well, WiFi is very spotty, tv is not smart, it is very small and has terrible reception of the few channels available. It seems the cleaning standards are lacking I was in a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt sitting on the window during my whole stay. Elevators are noisy and old and the breakfast is good but not near impressive as it used to be. I had a capeletti soup from the restaurant and it was tottaly bland.
