Positive: Perfect house on Morro de São Paulo. Very modern and great fit for a small family. Pool right outside and less than 5 minutes to the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful, and super responsive.

Negative: Only one small thing we didn't like was the TVs in the house, which didn't really work. The staff was helpful in getting the one in the living room working, but it was flaky at best. It's a small thing and was only a bit annoying because of a few rainy days. Compared to the overall experience this is nit picking.
