Private island, home with two master suites, two double suites, plus one bathroom totaling five bathrooms. Large kitchen with gourmet countertop. Two rooms and balcony with 35 square meters. Total area of the island of 10. 000 square meters, being 6. 000 square meters where the house is located. Table under trees with 3 meters by 1.10 meters in jackass so you can taste delicacies such as crabs, siris and other fish on the island. The island is well ventilated and the house is in the position of spring and fully integrated with the rich nature of the place. At dawn and dusk we flock of parrots and parakeets for about an hour, because the place is the dormitory of these birds. There is also dormitory of several other birds that arrive at the end of the day and leave in the morning.
You and your escorts will have an island with total exclusivity. You can visit Morro de São Paulo, 10 minutes by boat. The island has a boat for 15 people with a sailor that can be used by guests, who will only supply with the fuel according to the places they want to visit, such as Ilha de Boipeba, Garapuá and the Historical City of Cairu. You can fish in the canal or ocean fishing. Practice kitesurfing, wakeboarding and SUP, playing football, volleyball, coolbol on the court that exists on site. On the island we have ocean and bottom fishing rods, artificial baits, SUP board and a complete Kite Surf. You can choose some crabs, siris and prawns served at the crab table. The place is still ideal for lovers of silence, a swing in the net to the sound of wind in coconut trees and eucalyptus trees.
I add that in the daily price of the site are included breakfast with fruit, coconut water, coffee, eggs, cake, bread, beijú, couscous, sweet potatoes, cassava, banana from the land. Also included are maid services, cook, homemade and the sailor of the boat that will be available for your outings.
