Positive: Staff were amazing, so good! The pools were delightful.

Negative: The multi-sport facility was very dirty, clearly had not been cleaned in over 1 year. The beach Tennis court has no sand! The picture is very misleading. The food is always cold/moderately warm when served, even when arriving at the very start of service. The outdoor pool was dirty with things like leaves from trees etc and should be cleaned by the staff each morning. The indoor pool is really dirty around the hand rails and the lower ledge of the pool, all the way around on and around the hand rail was dust, dirt and limescale, clearly not cleaned regularly.

Summary: Staff were amazing, everything else was just quite poor
