High standard house with excellent quality furniture, in a gated community of High Standard with all infrastructure and security approximately 100 meters from the beach in the corner of Moreira at exit 20 of Maresias beach. Considered the best location of Maresias beach. House and condominium designed by renowned architect Gui Mattos with landscaping in the condominium of Gil Fialho and residence of Paula Magaldi.
The only condominium with total preservation of the Atlantic Forest, the house's deck is integrated into the preserved area, with birds, toucans and hummingbirds every day on the balcony. For this reason, the house is airy all year round, and is built in the Balinese style at 1.2 meters from ground level.
