Positive: Great location,across from the beach. Easy front and back door access with attentive security guard. Murilo is very welcoming and hospitable. The beach view is appealing. The apartment is neat and spacious.

Negative: Lacked a dryer to go with the included washing machine. It does have a hanging drying rack. The security safe was broken at the time.
