Our house can accommodate up to 26 people for summer 2020, the largest and most complete of Itamambuca, in the condominium, right next to the sand the 4th house, with total convenience and joy for a great holiday, with split air conditioning in the 4 of 5 dorms, for a great night's sleep and total willingness to enjoy the beach. There are 5 suites, 4 American type, the air conditioning of the gazebo suite, is the same for both rooms if they leave the door open. It is the 4th sand house, with a delicious gourmet area and lounge area integrated with the huge living room and the always clean swimming pool and the provision for a swim, even at night, the area is bright so as not to miss a minute of your vacation. The balcony has a cooktop stove, two basins, huge granite countertops,
Huge barbecue, beautiful table and benches, integrated pool with whirlpool and night lighting for the best enjoyment of the holidays.
In the room, as it is very large, about 14 x 6 meters, we have SKY TV, TV room, living room, dining room, billiards, fireplace and as it has huge glazed doors and windows, it connects with the gourmet space and pool, creating a living area ideal for families and friends to enjoy the holidays. Even on rainy days the house accommodates 26 people without tightness, various environments, various activities, all comfortable and enjoying. We have caretaker next door which is a great help for any need or some support. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning and we recommend buying a warm bread at the condominium bakery and having a beautiful breakfast by the pool.
We wash the pillows periodically and keep nice mattresses and beds. The air conditioning of the rooms and the constant cleaning help to reduce the natural humidity of the beaches and to preserve the cleanest environments, without smells.
We have a reservoir of 6 thousand liters of drinking water, practically impossible to lack water. We have emergency light in the room too. We recently remodeled glass-enclosed bathrooms, new floors, crockery and mirrors (see photos).
We have a fireplace that can be lit. Ask our homemade support!
In addition, have a good trip, always seek to relax on vacation, walk, talk, barbecue and enjoy every opportunity that presents itself! We do it!
