2) DESCRIPTION

The house was designed and built by the owner in 2015, José Rogerio Vargens, who is a civil engineer and professor of architecture and engineering. Designed on terrain facing the source, in front of an ecological reserve. Located in Bairro Santa Luzia, currently the best in Pirenópolis, for presenting peace, quiet, neighborhood with good houses, next to an ecological reserve and within the city, just 1 km from the Historic Center of Pirenópolis. The project was carried out according to the premise of integrated goods, with charming and sustainable architecture, which privileged the materials of the region, such as adobe, stones and wood, combined with modern elements. In the structure of the house we use the apparent ecological brick, which does not go into the oven and therefore saves energy. The house offers infrastructure, charm and comfort for the visitor to stay in it throughout the stay, with the possibility of rest and leisure during the day and at night. It also offers the possibility for visitors to easily move around on foot or by car to the attractions that the city offers.
