Our beach house is between Ingleses and Santinho, two of the best beaches of Santa Catarina island. From the house there are panoramic views of the two, which are no more than 500 meters away. The place is of great beauty and also of tranquility. Between the house and the beaches there is a dune area, of permanent preservation, but having paths for pedestrians and cars that go to both beaches, in these always with easy parking.
At Ingleses beach, the closest point to the house is the Fisherman's Corner, which is where the sea is calmer and has less depth, so it is preferred by families with children. Santinho beach is all within the permanent preservation area and is considered one of the cleanest in Brazil. Each day, the guest can choose which beach to go to!
Rua do Pinguim, at the end of which the house is located, is small and dead end, where the permanent preservation area begins and is frequented only by residents. At the other end, 200 meters away, is Main Street, which is essentially commercial, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, etc.
In our large plot (over 1,000 m2), surrounded by a wall and garden, we have the main house (Castelinho) and also a Chalet, which is rented separately and ONLY (we highlight!) when Castelinho is not enough due to the number of people to host.
Castelinho is suitable for comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults, possibly plus 2 or 3 children sleeping in their parents' room. In the Castelinho and Chalet set it is possible to accommodate up to 12 adults. It is always important to consider the number of couples for obvious privacy reasons. The joint rental of the Chalet and Castelinho also has the advantage of providing one more kitchen and one more bathroom, all within a large, landscaped and enclosed area.
The Castelinho has four bedrooms: two, with areas of 18m2 and 12m2, have split air conditioning and a double bed, plus a single; the third bedroom, with 15m2, has a double bed and also the possibility of a supplementary bed; the last room, which is in the tower, has 7.5m2 and two single beds. In addition to the bedrooms, Castelinho also has two bathrooms, a common room (20m2), and a large covered terrace (25m2) with panoramic view.
The Chalet has a division with colonial stove, plus kitchen, bathroom and a room with 16m2, including a mezzanine. It has air conditioning and is provided with one double and three single beds.
Regarding security, it is sufficient to say that the house has alarm and that the Penguin Street is small and quiet, ends where the dune field begins and is used only by residents.
