We are 150 meters from Praia dos Anjos.
Furnished house with 7 suites for up to 20 people, on 2 floors, ceiling fans in all suites (Air conditioning option in 5 suites, always contracted separately upon booking).
We only consider 02 (two) children, UNDER 05 (five) years old, they are not included in the count.
Well located, in the low season we can reduce the number of suites to fit your budget, minimum of 4 suites for up to 12 people maximum, swimming pool (10m x 4m), barbecue, non-smart TV, WIFI internet. 2 blocks from Praia dos Anjos and 2 blocks from Praça do Cova.
We remind you that the house has the advantage of being cheaper than a good guesthouse, and you have a kitchen, barbecue and pool all to yourself, and you can even split the daily rate among your guests. I have another property: 1 flat for up to 4 people in front of Praia dos Anjos, // daily rate R$ 240.00 /day for a couple in the low season.

We do not provide bed linens or towels, including pillows.
We provide toilet paper and soap in the rooms, as well as trash bags.

Garage space for up to 3 large cars, and up to four small ones, like a Ford Ka.
We provide a large 150-liter styrofoam cooler for storing beverages.
Beach tents are not provided; depending on the wind, if the structure is not heavily reinforced with wood, it will be destroyed.
