Negative: I booked few hours in advance and I contacted the staff straightaway on WhatsApp but they never responded. Once we arrived at the venue the receptionist said he has no rooms available. I showed him my reservation, I showed him the other rooms available on booking.com but he insisted he is fully booked. After half an hour he gave us the key of a room. We booked breakfast for 9.40 next morning (breakfast is served in the room, booked in advance on a prebooked time) but breakfast never arrived. I contacted the same receptionist and he said he will ring and double check. At 10.15 we left the venue, no breakfast was ever served.

Summary: Clean, but noisy air conditioning, spacious room and good WiFi.
