Positive: Good price, had parking. Just a general rating Bed 4/10 - if you like hard bed then your view will be different Shower 2/10- old school electric heated shower Cleanliness 8/10 General furnishing 4-10 super dated Breakfast - 5.5/10 Staff - 8.5/10 just general nice folks Location - if you want beach access 2/10, if you want quietness 9/10 Parking is convenient

Negative: Super dated, showers where weak, old school electric, shower head sprayed all over the place. Typical of electric heated shower head. Got the job done but left a lot to be desired. Bed was super hard. Some people like that, but not for me.
