Summary: the tops are the location and the place itself. The hotel looks really nice and relaxing even though the rooms are not soundproof and the curtains are not blackout. the second day we stayed we didn't have hot water from 19 to 00:00 hrs. the staff told us the hotel don't have enough hot water to all the guests at the same time and that they don't have the authorization to give us any discount for this. this 2 nights seemed to me that the place doesn't have a manager around, the staff, that are friendly, looks lost at the same time.
