We have a 24 hours guard, where you will get the key for the first time, after that you will have a private entrance with an elevator to your apartment.

This place is about 15 degrees Celsius lower than the downtown, because of the proximity of the river and the large amount of trees and vegetation.
Our primary touristic place is the Ibituruna, where you can have access by car or even bus ( two times a Day), we have a very strong commercial places where you will find anything. The bars, where you can seat outside, on a table setup in the way that people walk between then, very funny and relax. Btw, you can drink alcohol beverages on the tables outside.
Have you try the coconut water and the juice of sugar cane? What about the “pastel e coxinhas”? If not? Come I will drive you to the best places where you can get it, at my expense, as a gift to you!
We have a nice gym very close to us, we are working on a special membership to cover the guest (not available Yet), we are 20’ away from a footpaths with 3,5 miles of beautiful trees, a lot of then fruits, that you can take for free.
We are a block away from a very nice bakery, that open doors at 5:30am, serving guest inside or even on tables outside.
We are three block away from a hiper market, where you will find anything, open to 6am To 11pm.
And if like to shop, we are 100’ away from a small plaza where you will find the finest shoes, cloths, food.
We have plenty of motorcycle transportation (moto táxi), with price from 5 to 20 Reais, you can go any place in the city.
And Uber, and taxi, could be get a call away, we have even bus stop at the door, every 40 minutes.
No where in the world you will find people so friendly like here.
And the mountain Ibituruna, considered the world capital of the free fly, you must see it, from your own windows.
