Positive: Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, the lovely gardens and several birds, including humming birds that would come to drink from their fountain near us. It felt great to sit at the table outside the room feeling the nature and peace. The host was really kind and readily available whenever we needed him. The location is convenient if you come by car and want to be between Trindade and downtown Paraty.

Negative: The cleanliness could have been better - some of our cutlery was not very clean, and the towels smelled somewhat humid.
