Positive: -I had a spacious suite, with a good shower, comfy sofa, decent beds and a nice TV -Great communication with the staff throughout my stay -Super easy self-check-in and self-check-out -Good location - Super quiet, feels safe, and it's a 5 minute walk from a big supermarket (try the little kiosk selling pamonhas there!), and near parks, bars, and downtown. -If you're comparing it to a suite with no kitchen at all, the fridge and microwave are a nice bonus. -At the price I paid, it was an excellent bargain

Negative: -Wifi was sometimes slow -If you're comparing it to a full kitchen, the kitchenette is very limited. There was one plate, one plastic cup, one fork, one knife, and no way to wash them. Good thing I brought my own dish soap, spoon, and a mug to heat up water for instant coffee.

Summary: Great room with slowish wifi and a very limited kitchenette
