Our house is a haven in a condo with an excellent infrastructure with concierge and 24 hour security.
The house has a land of 400 m² on average, duplex, colonial style, with the ground floor with balcony.
The location is great right next to Formosa Bay Beach 1 km walk. At the bottom we have a room, 1 single bedroom, 1 double, 1 bathroom, kitchen with bar, laundry room with washing machine and 1 bathroom, gourmet area: wood stove, barbecue, pizza oven.
Garden with grass in front and back, 3 car spaces in front of the house.
On the top floor, 1 suite with balcony, 1 room to rest.
The condominium has a recreation area with 5 000 m² with swimming pools, sauna, soccer field, game room, playground for children, pond, restaurant and gym.
In this house there is a lot of our personality and our life history, we are a family and Brazilian carioca with a 21 year old, my husband and me. A well decorated home with a lot of Brazilian art, with works by artists from different states, as well as souvenirs souvenirs of our travels around the world. And a cozy place to relax.
Our home is where we make our vacation and recharge our energies during the year and relax. We do not live in this house, so we can offer it to people who like us like to know beautiful places and interact with the local culture.
We take care with love of this place, for us a paradise on earth and special.
Búzios has beautiful beaches, hospitable people, good food, lots of cultural diversity and sun all year.
A heavenly place, "GOOD VIBES" here all his energies will be renewed, we are sure you will enjoy what the Rio de Janeiro has to offer, the beaches of the lake region.
Buzios is very close to Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio, Saquarema and Rio das Ostras and beautiful beaches where you can practice various water sports such as underwater fishing, Kite surfing, surfing, diving, fishing and more.
Our house is very close, 5 minutes walk 1km, local Rasa Beach which is practiced Kitsurf and Surf profisssional. People around the world comes to Buzios for sports such as these.
There is a whole bakery infrastructure, a large supermarket and convenience stores very close to our condo.
Buzios is the place where you can enjoy plenty of leisure and relax, and meet beautiful beaches.
