Very neat house, made by architect. Living room with American kitchen, designed to have lots of light and ventilation, with large windows. There are several details on the latches, door handles, the colors of the house. Mezzanine with spiral staircase.
The house has a mezzanine with a gazebo suite that can see the entire slope of Morro de Guaecá. Even hear the noise of the sea.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. In addition to a wonderful shower outside the house.
