Positive: Santa Tereza is a lovely area and the staff are really kind and helpful. The room is basic but reflects the price.

Negative: It is extremely loud at all hours of the day. The hostel holds events and play music all day and all night on speakers. We would not recommend for families/people that want a good nights sleep.

Summary: A nice but noisy hostel in a lovely area of Rio.
