Positive: It's the perfect, very safe location next to the Ponta Negra Beach. The room was spacious and clean. They have a large outdoor fully equipped kitchen by the pool to prepare meals. Staff and owner Andria are very polite and really helpful. Andria gave me useful information for the area and even proposed to buy fruits for me.

Negative: Nothing, everything was great.
