A casa foi toda reformada a menos de 1 ano. Pe direito alto, moveis todos novos. Colchao novo padrao luxo ( Memory foam) nos quartos superiores. Quartos 1,2,3 e sala de estar e sala de jantar possuem ar condicionado novos. Lencol e toalhas importados dos Estados Unidos ( alta qualidade) . O lote tem mais de 8.500 metros quadrados. Incluido agua que corre da cachoeira na parte de baixo do lote, uma sensacao incrivel ouvir o barulho da agua e dos passaros. Area perfeita para descansar.
Minha parte favorita da casa e o deck, onde sempre reunimos a familia e amigos para cafe da manhas com uma vista incrivel e uma sensacao maravilhosa de estar no meio da natureza. A casa gourmet tambem possui uma vista incrivel das montanhas, piscina e casa principal. Perfeita para fazer churrasco ou refeicoes nas mesas rusticas de madeira.
A piscina tambem foi toda refeita a menos de 1 ano. Na entrada da casa, voce tera a opcao de escutar um barulho de agua caindo no mini laguinho e sentar e curtir um por do sol incrivel.
