Positive: The house is very spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the necessary comforts.

Negative: There was no central heating or portable heaters at the property, only a fireplace. Our first night was very uncomfortable as the night was very cold in Campos do Jordão. The second night the owner lighted the fireplace for us but it only heated the living room while the fire lasted. The property and the guests will benefit of some heating for colder nights such as the ones we had.
