Very comfortable 6 bedroom/5 bathroom custom (3 suites) home with beautiful wood work throughout the house. Two bedroom suites with balconies (one enclosed). Two bedrooms downstairs with private bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioner. Additional half bathroom close to kitchen. Large dining room features built-in Brazilian barbecue 'pit' and beautiful bay window. Family room has wood burning fireplace and opens to a front porch 'lanai'. Large kitchen, laundry room and pantry. Car port for 2 cars. Summary: Eight of us traveled from the USA for my son's wedding. Working with Helen was extremely easy; she was personable, friendly, and extremely accommodating, plus she responded to every email promptly (which I found to be a rare trait among the home and apartment owners I originally contacted)! She went out of her way to provide everything we asked of her and the house was perfect! It is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood close to the beach, and is clean, well decorated, and well appointed with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub in her beautiful back yard were available to us and greatly enjoyed. She also gave us all of the information we needed about contacting her once we arrived and about near-by restaurants, shops, and services. I would recommend this home with 100% confidence!
