Positive: Everything was very practical, functional, and also looked pretty. Easy to use parking spot, great A/C, great kitchen/living room and bedroom with plenty of wardrobes. Amazing view from the company, I'm attaching a panoramic view! :D

Negative: I did not like the checkin and checkout process. It requires too many steps: 1. park car outside, 2. talk to the front desk to get permission to enter 3. use the code to enter, 4. grab tags and garage remote ontrol, 5. go back outside and drive your car around the block to find the garage 6. find out what is the correct garage door (there are four doors), 7. find your parking spot 8. park and go back up. I was in a rush when I got there, and I did not appreciate the complexity of this checkin process. To check out you have to reverse the procedure (because you have to take your car out first, and then go back to the apartment to return the remote control). And also add a step to dump the trash at the back of the building. (which is not very clear from the description given).

Summary: Great place, great view, comfortable! Complex self check-in and checkout if you have a car.
